Territory Sales Representative:
You will be responsible to meet or exceed sales goals within a region by managing active accounts and opening new accounts. A successful manager must be self-motivated and organized with minimal supervision. This position involves travel. A successful Regional Manager will have many opportunities for advancement within our fast-growing company.
Qualifications:
This position requires a dynamic self-starter with exceptional relationship building skills
Individual must be driven with a positive outlook,
Listens well; seeks out information through questioning and probing methods
Strong oral and written communication skills
2 years minimum outside sales experience in consumer goods
Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
Job Description:
Identify and Qualify key decision-makers
Develop a Call Cycle for the territory
Make appointments with key decision makers at independent pet stores, Learn about their business, Provide solutions and opportunities
Educate Buyers & employees on Product Benefits
Prepare Pre-Call and Post Call Sales notes for all sales calls
Call Prospects and Qualify for new business opportunities
Make direct sales with new and existing customers
Follow up on shipped orders
Build and Maintain relationships with clients
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary, Plus bonus for achieving goals, Plus commission for exceeding goals, mileage reimbursement, cell phone allowance and a full benefit package including medical, vacation and sick time off.
