You will work alongside the president on a daily basis. As such, you will have the chance to learn a lot and make a significant impact in the company. In addition to QuickBooks responsibilities, you’ll be managing orders, learning about ecommerce and importing from China.

As the Office Administrator for Pet Dreams, your primary task will be keeping accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks (applying payments, bank reconciliations, inventory management, charge backs, commissions) advanced skills in Excel is a big plus. You’ll get Mega bonus points for experience with EDI.

Good communication skills (both verbal and written) will be necessary as you will be communicating with the accounting departments at Petsmart, Amazon, Petco and interacting with our customers online and on the phone.
